Profile and About Alicia Ajolo - LIT - life in light
about me
over the years, my creative process has been focused around my life and inner dialogue. art allows me to detach from my immediate surroundings. it allows me to view myself and the world from a different perspective, and over time, I am able to accept myself the and occurrences around me.
a transplant to the los angeles area by means of honolulu, hawai'i, i have created art in a variety of media including photography, wood, metal, ceramics
and print. my work has been shown around the world, from the contemporary museum in hawai'i to cape town, south africa. an artist of instinct and a voyeur of people and places, i am on a journey around the world.
